We made our way from Universal Studios to the Umeda Sky Building to visit the Floating Garden spanning the distance between the tops of two 40-story skyscrapers!

The original project was for four towers connected in mid-air.

The towers are connected via a walkway just above mid-way and by escalators from the left tower to the observation level.

The picture is blurry, but with the breeze at that height and the zoom, what can you expect?
But, the blue lights are on our hotel! The red light is Ramada Inn across the street from where Rodney took his GRE!
Inside the observation deck was a fun Halloween photo spot complete with props!
We let these ladies show us how it works and we took photos for them, and they were kind enough to return the favor!
Back at our hotel, we packed up and made ready for an hour or so long train ride to Kyoto with plans to see the Golden Pavilion, the Water Temple, and the Thousand Toriis. And with hopes to see some FALL LEAVES!!
