Despite our up-until-the-wee-hours visit to Santa Monica Pier, we had a day of adventure on Saturday, which began at the Santa Monica Promenade. Besides a fabulous Farmers Market, there were some fun sights to see, like...
...a wonderful-smelling jasmine dinosaur...
...a talented toy piano playing singer (Eliza Rickman)...
...and a necklace wearing iguana!!
After seeing all the sights there, we went to lunch at Pink's Hotdogs!!
Then, to the La Brea Tar Pits...
Another great day!! Tomorrow we're heading south to Chula Vista...
PS ~ In case you noticed the date stamp on a couple of the pix, no, we did not time travel back to 1936!! Just had a jacked-up camera :)
