The Black Eyed Peas were the opening act....
Towards the end of their set, they said they were going to get some help with the next song, but they couldn't tell us who; all they could say was that "he slashes the competition"---- and out walked Slash from Guns and Roses!!!! Let me tell you--- that place EXPLODED!!! And Fergie proceeded to sing "Sweet Child of Mine"......
And THEN----- U2's 360 CONCERT!!!!
The stage changes were totally fascinating!
FYI: This concert was streamed live on youtube that night!! This was their largest U.S.concert ever!! We shared this night with 97,000 of our closest friends :)
